Adultery of the spouse.
Unreasonable behaviour of your spouse.
Two years desertion.
Living apart from each other for two years with the other spouse consenting to the divorce.
The couple have lived apart for five years (no consent needed).

Over 70% of divorces are granted on the grounds of adultery or unreasonable behaviour. The majority of people want a quick conclusion to the divorce rather than waiting for the 2 year separation period to expire.
